Retain that exact thickness in a comparison instead of rounding it to a neighboring product’s specification. Thickness alone does not rank the finished package: sealing behavior, food shape and handling still matter. The stated material and food-contact claims also do not provide a numerical cooking schedule. If your process depends on a particular temperature and duration, ask LEM for the applicable limit for that bag.
There is a documented machine match, with operating conditions
The 1745 manual explicitly recommends items 1258, 1259 and 1260. Its troubleshooting instructions on printed page 13 call for 2–3 inches of headspace, a clean sealing area and no folds along the heat bar. It also instructs owners to allow 40 seconds of cooling with the lid open between seals.
That is stronger evidence than deriving compatibility from a seal-bar width, but it remains specific to the documented machine and loading procedure. For another brand or model, consult that machine’s guidance before ordering. Chamber-only construction does not make every size universally compatible, and a bag that fits empty can demand more space around a thick portion.
Make the first box a useful reference
