Keep a record that helps the next service decision

Select the exact machine, the date work was performed and a short description of the completed task. Use the machine’s cumulative cycle count when known, or zero when unknown. Notes can identify the manual revision, approved consumable or symptom you observed. Do not enter a planned oil change as completed work.

For example, a useful entry might say “Inspected seal bar after cooling; removed pouch residue using the manual’s cleaning procedure.” Record what you found and did, without treating a saved entry as proof that a fault is resolved. Stop using damaged equipment and follow the manufacturer’s service advice.

Export the JSON backup before clearing browser data, changing devices or deleting entries. This version has no backup-import control; the exported file remains a readable record you can retain independently. Records are not synchronized between browsers. A blocked or corrupted local store is reported rather than silently replaced.

The log does not calculate service intervals, send reminders or certify food safety. Consult your exact model guide and manufacturer manual for the applicable maintenance schedule.
