Offer: VP215 listing
Compare documented commercial models with oil upkeep, pouch limits and mandatory cooldown guidance in view.
VP210 and VP220 add dry-pump options alongside the oil-pump VP215 and VP230. The larger VP320 and dual-bar VP321 call for a more substantial workstation. Each has explicit commercial-use documentation; pouch capacity and upkeep differ. Neither should be ranked by invented hourly output: loading, sealing, food temperature, operator pace and mandatory cooldown affect a real session.
The current manuals for these six models limit vacuum ON time to 70 seconds, require at least 10 seconds OFF between cycles and call for cooling to ambient after 45 minutes of use. A selectable cycle range or “continuous use” marketing statement does not remove those safeguards.
Confirm electrical supply, work-surface suitability, local requirements, service access and warranty eligibility with the manufacturer and relevant authorities. This is not regulatory approval or a production guarantee.
